The brainchild of SWAT Officer Jon Butler, #RACK'd hopes to change the image of police!  Ever walked into a store and saw the cops and thought "OOOOhh... someone's in trouble".  Maybe someday that will change to: "I wonder if they are here to surprise someone with kindness".  Every month APD employees sneak-attack a different location in Anchorage, usually to buy coffee, groceries, and even gas for random unsuspecting citizens.  Just saying thank you for being part of the community!  Walmart has doubled our donation to make this happen in a big way!
